What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional data integration efforts to support strategic reporting needs
- Analyze trends and validate insights for operational decision-making
- Champion governance compliance by partnering with Data Governance teams
- Optimize preparation processes by implementing automated workflows
- Mentor junior analysts in best practices for report generation and data validation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, finance, or accounting functions
- Proven ability to support regional and cross-regional budgeting and reporting processes
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or DOMO
- Familiarity with global reporting standards and governance compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a public company or Fortune 500 organization
- Knowledge of FDM standards and processes
- Demonstrated leadership in process improvement initiatives
- Ability to support mid-level scenario modeling and prepare data inputs for financial analysts
