What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver consulting engagements focused on Record to Report and Accounting Center configuration and optimization
- Partner with customers to understand accounting and data integration requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
- Configure and optimize Workday Record to Report and Accounting Center functionalities
- Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate adoption of accounting capabilities and conduct Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in Workday Financials and industry practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience across Record to Report (for P5 level)
- 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or advisory experience (for P4 level)
- 3+ years of Workday Accounting Center experience (for P3 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and deliverables concurrently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Certification (or ability to obtain) in Record to Report, Financial Accounting, Accounting Center, or Financial Data Model (FDM)
- Experience supporting large, global enterprises with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex accounting concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity and adaptability in solving complex business problems
