What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve annual sales, gross margin, and market share targets set by management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Support customers through bid day operations and post-sale processes
- Execute take-offs and quotes for HVAC products
- Assist with project management duties, including cash collection and accounts receivable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
- Valid Driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 5 years of experience with applied HVAC equipment, preferably in sales
- Knowledge of HVAC design and application tools
- Controls experience
- PE Certification desired, LEED AP accreditation a plus
