What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of logistics strategies across Outbound, International, and Omni-Channel networks
- Drive logistics engineering initiatives, including network design and routing optimization
- Conduct advanced scenario modeling and network optimization studies
- Design and develop logistics KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Manage operating budgets for domestic outbound transportation operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
- 4+ years of experience in Transportation, Operations, and/or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical background with expertise in Access, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and perform root cause analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience is a plus
- Understanding of project management methodologies and practices
- Familiarity with system and software quality assurance best practices
- Flexibility and adaptability in learning new technologies
- Strong creative thinking and judgment skills to accomplish goals
