What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a high-impact team of approximately 10 Customer Success Managers
- Drive client value through tailored product demos and adoption campaigns
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize accounts and align resources
- Build scalable playbooks and operational processes based on product usage data
- Work cross-functionally with Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or similar)
- At least 2 years of experience leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to senior stakeholders
- Data-driven decision-making abilities using metrics and insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their application in customer success
- Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in client engagements
- Strong network within the SaaS industry
