What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the employer's B2B portfolio of existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and measurable partner value
- Identify opportunities for expanding EarnIn usage within existing partners through new product adoption and engagement campaigns
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, and Payroll leaders, enhancing employee financial wellness
- Drive marketing initiatives and support business reviews with partners to boost EarnIn awareness and usage
- Contribute to the development of customer success playbooks and scalable engagement models
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or partner management, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or SaaS
- Proven success managing enterprise or mid-market relationships that drive measurable adoption
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting data for actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
