      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define strategy for implementation and assessment of sales incentive design supporting Ad Sales GTM strategy
      - Develop a multi-year infrastructure roadmap in collaboration with various operational functions
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on sales incentives, representing needs cross-functionally
      - Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales incentive plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments
      - Build and maintain financial models to forecast and measure the cost and effectiveness of incentive compensation plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation, including 5+ years in the advertising industry
      - Proven track record of driving complex solutions in dynamic sales environments
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
      - Clear communication skills to simplify complex topics for various organizational levels
      - Ability to connect detailed insights to the big picture

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the CTV and streaming advertising ecosystem
      - Demonstrated track record of innovating and designing novel approaches to sales incentives
      - Strong collaborative skills and ability to embrace differing perspectives
