      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advanced customer support in a production environment for Momentum Financials
      - Maintain and resolve a workload of tickets and communicate statuses within project tracking tools
      - Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate ticket issues
      - Troubleshoot Momentum production issues by analyzing system behavior and coordinating with the technical team
      - Contribute to continuous process improvement and identify opportunities to optimize Momentum functionality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US citizen with the ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation
      - 8+ years of experience working with Momentum Financials front-end and database
      - Knowledge of federal financial processes such as General Ledger, Budgeting, and financial reporting
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a government environment
      - Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
      - Knowledge of accounting principles and federal financial regulations
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
