What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, fleet managers, and industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Collaborate with customers to develop build plans and manage quotes and bid submissions
- Maintain customer and opportunity information within the CRM module
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of industry-relevant sales experience or experience as a manager leading a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Competency with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in French or Spanish as a second language
- Relevant secondary education in a related field
- Experience working independently as well as in a team setting
- Willingness to travel across North America for trade shows and customer visits
