What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently lead and modernize the People Analytics function, transforming manual reporting into automated, insight-driven systems
- Partner with the People team to analyze the full employee lifecycle and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Design and maintain executive-ready dashboards and recurring reports to support strategic decision-making
- Own end-to-end workforce analytics, including turnover analysis and performance trends
- Lead the culture survey program, ensuring analytical rigor and connecting engagement insights to business outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or business analytics within a mid-to-large scale organization
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in a data warehouse environment such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Experience building executive dashboards in BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Advanced analytical capability including cohort analysis and workforce planning
- Direct experience running engagement or culture surveys end-to-end
