  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as a point of contact for a specified book of clients and liaise with internal teams
  - Collect and analyze financial information from assigned accounts throughout the relationship
  - Manage collateral monitoring and ensure client compliance with loan documentation
  - Identify and underwrite loan modifications, amendments, and renewals accurately and timely
  - Prepare and deliver presentations on specific loans recommending appropriate action or structure
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience of 10 or more years in a bank
  - Demonstrated experience in writing/reviewing loan presentations and conducting cash flow analysis
  - Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
  - Working knowledge of loan agreements, loan structuring, and collateral procedures
  - Ability to consistently make timely sound recommendations to management while ensuring compliance with bank policies
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a commercial lending department
  - Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  - Experience utilizing credit software and above-average PC skills, including MS Office Applications
  - Collaborative and highly coachable
  - Dependable with a strong work ethic
