**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Define and own the product vision for AI-assisted performance and agentic workflows
- Build and execute an outcome-driven product strategy and roadmap
- Lead end-to-end product delivery across performance workflows and AI meeting assistance
- Drive customer discovery through interviews, usability testing, and beta programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong delivery and enablement
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 5+ years of product management experience building complex B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to lead product initiatives from inception to scaling
- Experience shipping AI-powered products, including LLM-based systems
- Strong understanding of prompt design and human-in-the-loop systems
- Experience building integrations for tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams

- Experience in HR, performance management, or people systems
- Strong product judgment and user empathy
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs
- Background in highly technical product areas with engineering collaboration
