What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and drive the strategic direction for lighting software products in alignment with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the lighting industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely product releases
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback for product improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of software product management experience, ideally with B2B products
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Proficiency with AI tools for market analysis and product management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with illumination predictive modeling and lighting calculations
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to lighting and illumination engineering
