- Design, manage, and refine product-level lead scoring frameworks.
- Align MQL criteria with real-world sales qualification expectations.
- Continuously improve scoring models using behavioral signals, firmographics, and conversion performance.
- Apply score decay, negative scoring, and lifecycle controls to preserve funnel accuracy.
- Identify and track high-intent buyer actions across the customer journey.
- Build automation workflows that fast-track sales-ready leads while nurturing earlier-stage interest.
- Segment audiences by product focus, buyer persona, and purchasing stage to improve engagement and conversion.
- Convert sales feedback and call insights into actionable content and messaging improvements.
- Guide the development of enablement assets that proactively address objections and sales bottlenecks.
- Own the intent-based content framework, determining which assets to expand, refine, or sunset.
- Maintain distinct reporting for traffic performance and pipeline/revenue contribution.
- Deliver regular insights on what drives lead creation versus deal closure.
- Challenge surface-level metrics and shift focus toward revenue-impacting indicators.
- Work closely with Sales leadership, SDR teams, and Product Marketing stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular funnel and performance reviews.
- Recommend data-backed adjustments to campaigns, scoring logic, and positioning.
- Own advanced HubSpot configurations, including workflows, attribution models, and lifecycle stages.
- Implement automation to improve operational efficiency across marketing and sales.
- Ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience supporting product-focused or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
- 4–7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including advanced automation, attribution, and lifecycle design.
- Excellent analytical skills paired with practical business decision-making ability.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and think with a revenue-first mindset.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Comfort making trade-offs based on impact, urgency, and business priorities.
- Data-oriented approach with the ability to contextualize insights for real-world execution.
- Track record of aligning marketing execution with sales outcomes and revenue growth.
- Work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and public safety technology.

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Product Marketing Analyst to drive and scale our lead intelligence, intent-driven demand programs, and pipeline analytics. Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable advanced capabilities such as automated tagging, redaction, summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle generation, object detection and tracking, intelligent search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial recognition.
AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)
The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.
