What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead teams of internal and external resources to manage and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and delivery solutions
- Organize and manage pre-construction meetings and project progress meetings
- Provide accurate and timely project status reporting, addressing milestone progress and risk management
- Manage dependencies, risks, plans, costs, and resources for each project in collaboration with the assigned Project Coordinator
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of ten years of field experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction projects related to Energy and Mobility
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage with team members and drive performance improvements
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and obtain a DOD Secret level Security Clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified project management professional (PMP)
- Proficiency in project management tools for tracking schedules, budgets, and approvals
- Experience providing support to Federal Government clients
