What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert clinical project management leadership within Quality Management and Medical Staff Services
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve healthcare and service delivery
- Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and requirements
- Facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders with diverse interests
- Communicate effectively with physicians, employees, and all levels of leadership across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, healthcare administration, or clinical field
- Minimum of 5 years of acute care experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or currently enrolled in a Master's level program
