      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and organize work assignments, ensuring timely completion of tasks
      - Respond to verbal and written customer inquiries within policy timelines
      - Maintain and audit departmental policies and procedures for compliance
      - Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper documentation for government payer credentialing
      - Manage complex enrollment needs and maintain relevant master files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of relevant job experience
      - Minimum of one year medical supervisory experience preferred
      - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in provider enrollment or healthcare credentialing
      - Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
      - Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
      - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities
