What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced data research and financial analysis to support business operations
- Collaborate with various internal teams to provide in-depth analysis and reporting
- Develop and analyze scorecards to identify trends and performance metrics
- Recommend and implement standard and ad hoc reporting processes
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity, addressing any discrepancies promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Applied Statistics
- At least 5 years of related experience or a combination of experience and education
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong ability to solve business problems involving multiple variables
- Proficient in calculating financial figures and applying concepts of algebra and business statistics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP, FoxPro, and Visual Basic
- Background in financial analysis and data reporting
