What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the research, writing, editing, and publishing of policy papers, issue briefs, and academic articles
- Perform literature reviews and analyze data to support research initiatives
- Assist in creating and maintaining the Center's online resources
- Propose and execute new research and communication initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and deliver them on time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A graduate degree such as an MPA, MPP, JD, or MBA preferred; or 5+ years of related work experience with a bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in business, economics, and public policy related to financial well-being and retirement security
- Demonstrated experience in writing and publishing public policy work
- Excellent writing, communication, data analysis, and project management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ph.D. or currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in a relevant field such as government, economics, or public administration
- Experience with grant writing
- Familiarity with graphic design, data visualization, and digital communication tools
- Previous internship or independent research project related to public policy
