What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Researchers, Data Practitioners, and Insights Leaders to deliver impactful insights across the organization
- Synthesize insights from multiple sources into clear communications across various channels, including memos and videos
- Create engaging formats for insights dissemination, such as presentations, websites, and podcasts
- Utilize AI solutions to enhance knowledge management and content dissemination processes
- Systematically map out Consumer Insights communications in alignment with business rhythms and deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 5 years of work experience in Management Consulting, Consumer Research/Analytics, Internal Communications, or an Insights role
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
- Experience with graphic design and data visualization tools to create impactful visuals
- Proficiency in using AI-powered analytics and natural language processing tools for insights extraction
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to strategy and execution
