What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and support day-to-day revenue cycle automations
- Troubleshoot, test, and remediate errors related to revenue cycle systems
- Review and implement necessary automation modifications
- Act as a consultant and facilitator for department staff regarding automation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal resources to facilitate large system alterations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in a healthcare environment
- At least 1 year of experience as a Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and automation
- Proficiency with Epic systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience with Epic applications
- Experience in a healthcare revenue cycle role
- Knowledge of RPA applications and their implementation
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
