What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components
- Implement robust integration solutions using MuleSoft, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Mentor other developers by providing thoughtful and constructive feedback
- Communicate with business units to ensure their needs are met
- Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning) and Heroku platform
- Expertise in MuleSoft and REST/SOAP API development
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect
- Experience with Heroku deployment and management
- Solid understanding of data modeling and relational databases, with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with additional cloud services or middleware platforms
- Java certifications
