What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning, design, development, and testing of enhancements to the Integration Gateway
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices and automation strategies
- Identify opportunities for proof-of-concepts and lead brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to support project objectives
- Uphold high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep proficiency with client-side JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, or React
- Experience with AWS DevOps and SysAdmin work
- Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, NGINX, Django, and relational databases
- Understanding of security basics like TLS, IPsec, and cryptographic algorithms
- Experience building tools for technical users or integrating banking systems
