What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance the organization's security strategy and vulnerability management practices
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting, dashboards, and scorecard results for vulnerability metrics
- Communicate metrics to system owners and partners regarding outstanding vulnerabilities and concerns
- Aggregate vulnerability data across various technologies and interpret risk for stakeholders
- Develop procedures to structure metrics and reporting frameworks as part of a long-term strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in Cyber Security/Information Security and Vulnerability Management reporting
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel
- Understanding of the end-to-end security metrics process, including metrics collection, tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with architecture, engineering, and operations of vulnerability management tools, such as Wiz, Qualys, Rapid7, and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ServiceNow query and report development
- Understanding of Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) and its implications
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data for threat intelligence
- Broad understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and remediation strategies
