      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end hiring processes, planning, initiating, and executing recruitment workflows
      - Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person
      - Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and serve as a talent advisor
      - Design job descriptions and interview questions that align with position requirements
      - Source talent using diverse channels and maintain an active candidate pool for future hiring

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of recruiting experience for a SaaS organization, ideally focused on go-to-market (GTM) roles
      - Proven track record of success in owning the entire recruiting process
      - Experience sourcing and attracting talent and managing multiple requisitions
      - Ability to conduct various types of interviews, including structured and behavioral
      - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers in various global locations
      - Hands-on experience with different selection processes, including culture add and reference checks
      - Strong decision-making skills combined with a positive attitude
