      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment
      - Proven success in a fast-paced, matrixed or global environment
      - Strong communication, influence, and consultative skills
      - Willingness to travel up to 10%, as needed

      - Experience using Workday, ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics
