What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive engagement delivery by gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations
- Own and manage a full workstream from start to finish, presenting findings to client managers and executives
- Actively expand consulting skills through project work, client interactions, and formal learning opportunities
- Support internal initiatives, including learning and development and team gatherings
- Facilitate meetings and workshops, coordinating with others for interdependencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in a consulting firm or similar role
- At least 1 year of management experience or leading teams and projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- 1 year of aggregate project experience in the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
- Lean Six Sigma or Human Centered Design (HCD) certification
- Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
- Excellent communication skills across various mediums, including verbal, written, and PowerPoint
