What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life quickly and effectively
- Take ownership of building, shipping, testing, deploying, and maintaining web properties
- Implement new features and functionality using NextJS and React as needed
- Scope and plan projects, working with other developers to implement them
- Write clear documentation and present technical updates to the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in front-end web development technologies
- Experience working with JavaScript or JS frameworks (React, Vue, AngularJS, Next.js, or similar)
- Familiarity with implementing server-side logic in Next.js, including API routes, middleware, and data fetching
- Knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and general development best practices
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience scaling or working on e-commerce, blogs, or marketing websites
- Past experience in marketing, e-commerce, or the health-tech sector
- Interest in peer programming and mentoring less-experienced developers
