What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work closely with customers to gather requirements and set up accounts on the employer's proprietary document management and composition platform
- Configure systems/templates for new clients to meet specific requirements
- Troubleshoot client issues and resolve functionality-related problems while escalating technical issues as needed
- Provide training to clients on system use, functionality, and enhancements
- Assist with version upgrades and UAT testing to ensure seamless product migration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in Financial or Information Systems
- Proficient with Excel, including v-lookups and logical statements
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective cross-department collaboration
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience overseeing junior staff or auditing work for accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office and financial reporting software
- Ability to apply policies, procedures, and regulations consistently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required
