      ServiceNow Now Assist Architect
      Location: Atlanta, GA 30338 (Remote Position)
      Duration: 12+ months

      Role Overview
      The ServiceNow Now Assist Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist within the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on leveraging Generative AI, automation, and platform architecture to enhance enterprise workflows, improve user productivity, and drive intelligent service experiences across IT, HR, Customer Service, and other domains.

      Key Responsibilities

      Architecture & Design

      • Design scalable and secure architectures for Now Assist capabilities across ServiceNow modules.
      • Define architecture patterns for AI-driven workflows, virtual agents, and automation.
      • Lead the integration of generative AI features with ServiceNow platform services.

      Implementation & Configuration

      • Implement and configure Now Assist capabilities such as:
        • AI-powered case summarization
        • Knowledge article generation
        • Agent assist and recommendations
        • Virtual agent AI responses
      • Configure AI search and contextual AI assistance within workflows.

      AI & Generative AI Enablement

      • Architect generative AI solutions using ServiceNow AI features and enterprise LLM integrations.
      • Define prompt design strategies and AI governance policies.
      • Ensure responsible AI usage, compliance, and data security.

      Platform Integration

      • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HR systems, knowledge bases).
      • Work with APIs, IntegrationHub, and external AI services where applicable.

      Performance & Optimization

      • Monitor AI model performance and accuracy.
      • Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
      • Establish best practices for AI-driven automation.

      Stakeholder Collaboration

      • Collaborate with platform owners, business stakeholders, and AI/ML teams.
      • Translate business use cases into AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
      • Provide architecture guidance to developers and implementation teams.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      Technical Skills

      • Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform architecture.
      • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities.
      • Experience with:
        • Flow Designer
        • IntegrationHub
        • Virtual Agent
        • AI Search
        • Knowledge Management
      • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
      • Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.
      • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.

      Preferred Skills

      • Experience with enterprise AI governance and model lifecycle management.
      • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
      • Familiarity with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and enterprise workflow automation.
