- The entry level person will support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations by performing a variety of physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and material distribution.
- This is an entry-level position, and the selected candidate will receive on-the-job training. The role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate material flow and timely fulfilment of production needs
- Perform receiving operations including unloading, unpacking, verifying, and documenting incoming materials.
- Check goods received against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices; identify and reject incorrect or damaged items.
- Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, posting weights, and shipping charges.
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records in accordance with company procedures.
- Stock, organize, and distribute materials into inventory locations and manufacturing lines.
- Perform physical movement of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives as needed.
- Prepare material kits for assembly and production teams according to work orders and schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (forklift experience a plus; training available if required).
- Safely lift up to 25 lbs with assistance, following all safety and ergonomic guidelines.
- Entry-level – less than 1 year of related warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with assistance.
- Basic knowledge of inventory, warehousing, or material-handling processes is a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred; certification/training can be provided.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
