      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and nurture relationships within a designated book of business through prospecting and sales calls
      - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and optimizing growth with Semrush solutions
      - Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using the Semrush product suite
      - Deliver a value-based selling experience based on automation and customer behavior
      - Collaborate with a Customer Success Manager to ensure high customer retention rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role within the IT sector
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively
      - Technically savvy and adaptable to a constantly changing environment
      - Strong self-motivation and ability to meet monthly deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Excel, Word, Google Docs, Gmail, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
