What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze social media campaign performance and produce visual reports to make data-driven recommendations
- Identify social media trends and suggest their application to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Evaluate user engagement and conversion data to assess the impact of community management tactics
- Create dashboards for effective campaign reporting and tactical insights based on objectives
- Collaborate with accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to provide data-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a social media analytics role
- Experience working on social media campaigns within the entertainment industry
- Strong understanding of various social networks and the digital advertising landscape
- Proven ability to utilize social media analytics to enhance campaign performance
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a digital media agency
- Strong creative storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize insights for marketing stakeholders
- Experience in conducting data analysis, including data cleanup and normalization
