      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a detailed social media content calendar aligned with organizational priorities
      - Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
      - Monitor and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
      - Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media using Canva
      - Make minor updates to the website in WordPress, coordinating with web development support for larger updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred
      - At least one year of experience managing social media platforms
      - Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media applications, and Canva
      - Must meet the employer's Auto Insurance requirements and possess a valid state driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with WordPress is preferred
      - Ability to take complex information and present it creatively and intuitively
      - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
