What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create compelling, on-brand content showcasing the employer's customers, capabilities, and culture
- Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, while launching TikTok
- Execute the editorial calendar and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Engage with and build a community of technical developers and business decision-makers
- Analyze data to measure program growth and experiment with new tactics to reach wider audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience managing brand social media accounts
- Ability to express complex ideas in 100 characters or less
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently
- Proven success in using data to tell a story on social media
- Familiarity with social management tools, including Sprout Social, Canva, and Figma
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with live video and graphic design
- Creative storytelling skills and a willingness to innovate
