What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, develop, and maintain the React component UI library for various applications
- Design and implement scalable component APIs across multiple frameworks
- Establish coding standards and best practices for component development
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation and interactive component playgrounds
- Collaborate with content teams to create content-driven components integrated with Contentful CMS
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on the React ecosystem
- Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Proven experience in building and maintaining component libraries or design systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as CloudFront, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Next.js, SSR/SSG concepts, and modern build tools like Webpack and Vite
- Familiarity with package management, npm publishing, and monorepo architectures
- Proficient in using GenAI tools such as Copilot and IDE assistants
- Understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs
- Experience with Storybook for documentation and component development
