      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee end-to-end integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements
      - Manage the development, configuration, and support of Epic-related interfaces using Epic Bridges or related tools
      - Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices for communication between internal and external systems
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration architecture and design scalable solutions within the Epic environment
      - Identify and resolve integration and interface issues while maintaining thorough documentation of all processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
      - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in integration roles, particularly with HL7 and FHIR API/Services
      - Experience working as an Epic Interface Analyst with at least 1 interface engine (e.g., Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or MuleSoft)
      - Familiarity with healthcare-specific integration standards, including HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA requirements
      - Proven experience with data integration platforms and ETL processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Epic Certification in relevant modules (Epic Bridges certification)
      - Experience with API management platforms and CI/CD pipelines for integration processes
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration solutions for Epic on cloud environments
      - Strong proficiency in API development using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
      - Extensive knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and integration with trading partners
