      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Understand business needs within the audiology field
      - Design, create, and maintain high-quality software applications
      - Create and manage tools aimed at improving productivity
      - Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the development life cycle
      - Perform validation and unit tests, along with creating and updating documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science
      - Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML
      - Experience with technologies including Blazor, Razor, and Bootstrap
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals
      - Experience with WPF and MVVM
      - Familiarity with Visual Studio, git, and Azure DevOps
      - Proficient experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies
      - Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
