What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using specialized knowledge and skills
- Analyze and select technology solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure
- Write and implement efficient code while adhering to compliance and security standards
- Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and UX designers
- Maintain and grow technical skills through training and collaboration with peers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, specifically with the Microsoft technology stack
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Python development
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Azure technologies and Azure DevOps Services
- Hands-on experience with Databricks/Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization
- Familiarity with secure software development practices for application security and compliance
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software products including .NET and SQL Server
- Skills in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
- Experience with code productivity and diagnostic tools
