What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, testing, development, and optimization of customer-facing applications
- Collaborate in advanced stages of Scrum to ensure smooth software delivery
- Enforce and improve code quality standards, focusing on resilience, data, and security
- Evaluate and incorporate modern programming languages and tools
- Participate in project planning sessions to analyze development requirements and make recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Four or more years of programming experience
- Extensive experience in Mulesoft development and modern programming languages
- Proven experience with Scrum and advanced DevOps methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior developers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Mulesoft development experience and completion of Developer II certifications
- API experience
