      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, testing, development, and optimization of customer-facing applications
      - Collaborate in advanced stages of Scrum to ensure smooth software delivery
      - Enforce and improve code quality standards regarding resilience, data, and security
      - Evaluate and incorporate modern programming languages and tools for development
      - Participate in project planning sessions to analyze development requirements and recommend solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
      - Four or more years of programming experience
      - Extensive experience in software development and modern programming languages
      - Workday configuration and leave management configuration experience
      - Proven experience with Scrum and advanced DevOps methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
      - Experience with Workday Wellness implementation
      - Background in ADP or UKG systems
      - Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior developers
