What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing and modifying Drupal modules or web components under the guidance of senior engineers
- Support the design and implementation of Drupal-based solutions aligned with business requirements
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues following established guidelines
- Contribute documentation for SDLC phases, including technical specifications and test cases
- Support front-end development tasks using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript frameworks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate degree program related to computer science, IT, information science, management information systems, data science, mathematics, physics, or digital marketing, graduating in 2027 or 2028
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with at least one programming language (PHP, JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full 40-hour weeks virtually during the internship period
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest or familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms, such as OpenAI or Stable Diffusion
- Understanding of website performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards
- Exposure to content management systems (CMS), particularly Drupal
- Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of integrating analytics and SEO tools within web applications
