What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within assigned territory
- Effectively position solutions to address business challenges in Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure using a consultative approach
- Collaborate with key channel and reseller partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10 years of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software
- Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
- Proven ability to sell to large Strategic accounts with a focus on C-level and IT leadership
- Experience managing a multi-state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel as needed
