What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Spanish and English-speaking customers with inquiries and issues
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently
- Promote additional products during each customer interaction
- Personalize the customer experience by addressing specific needs
- Process orders, confirm refunds, and analyze account data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Strong communication skills adaptable to various styles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a virtual work environment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Familiarity with HSN computer system requirements
