What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the LTC Clinical and Sales Team to enhance account growth and implement programs
- Ensure successful evaluations and implementations of Skin Health & Continence Programs
- Maintain accurate account updates using designated spreadsheets
- Stay informed about Best Practice Recommendations related to Incontinence, Skin, and Wound Care
- Attend conferences and sales meetings for professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current registration as an RN or RPN
- PSW, HCA, or CCA certification with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Acute Care, LTC, or Home Care settings
- At least 3 years of industry experience in Medical Devices, specifically in Continence and Skin Care
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate strong time-management skills
- Confidence in developing and providing education based on adult learning principles
- Familiarity with computer applications such as Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
