      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and development of online courses within the Global Food Law program
      - Prepare necessary materials for curriculum committee approval
      - Create course content and design using the MSU learning management system, Desire 2 Learn (D2L)
      - Conduct research to support course development
      - Specifically develop the course "Food Laws in Africa and the Middle East"

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree
      - Experience in teaching
      - Experience in instructional design for online courses
      - Current CV as part of the application materials
      - Availability for variable, part-time work hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in curriculum development for higher education
      - Familiarity with legal education or food law topics
      - Knowledge of online teaching methodologies
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
