What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound order and payment process support to customers for direct accounts
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to vaccine orders and shipments
- Maintain knowledge of terms and conditions and respond to customer pricing inquiries
- Assist customers with enrollment processes for commercial offers and direct purchase accounts
- Log customer interactions and utilize issue tracking systems for documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or telephone environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong customer focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s or BA/BS degree
- Experience with business-to-business customer account support
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
