What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound account order and payment process support to customers
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to vaccine orders and shipments
- Maintain knowledge of terms and conditions, responding to customer inquiries about pricing and offers
- Assist customers with enrollment processes for commercial offers and direct purchase accounts
- Log customer interactions and utilize issue tracking systems for documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or telephone setting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong customer focus
- Strong multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s or BA/BS degree
- Experience with business-to-business customer account support
- Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
