What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure assigned Tier 2 & Tier 3 providers have a Provider Engagement plan to meet annual quality and risk adjustment performance goals
- Drive provider coaching and collaboration to improve quality performance and risk adjustment accuracy through consistent meetings
- Address practice environment challenges impeding successful program goals and identify solutions to improve health outcomes
- Track engagement and training activities using standard tools to measure effectiveness within and across health plans
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including Physician Leaders and Practice Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, with a minimum of 1 year improving provider quality performance
- Working knowledge of quality metrics and risk adjustment practices across business lines
- Demonstrated data analytic skills
- Operational knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
