What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility services across local, regional, or national initiatives
- Support the annual sourcing planning process and monitor results
- Maintain supplier contract files to ensure compliance with necessary documentation
- Conduct market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements
- Manage supplier performance reviews, including scorecards and contract compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Facility Maintenance and Manufacturing service categories
- Excellent PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical ability and experience in developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers
